Rosehip Dried

Dried rosehip contains: sugars (about 18%), pectin substances (3.7%), tanning agents (4.5 %), citric acid (about 2%), malic acid as long with other organic acids, vitamin C (2-3% or 2000-3000 mg% in average), carotene (12-18%), bromine (around 0.03%) and vitamin K (about 40 biological units) and P (citrine) flavonol glycosides: cempferol, cvercetine, lycopine coloring agents and ruby xantin. Dried rosehip- is an old medicinal herb; its curing effects were known in Uzbekistan as early as 15th century. At that time dried fruits of rosehip were highly valued and were prescribed only for noble people. Rosehip is a poly vitamin plant and it excels other plants in containing many different vitamins and minerals. Rosehip tea raises body resistance at infectious diseases, reduces atherosclerosis development, has general health improving, toning effect, rosehip tea also increase bile flow, stimulates sexual gland function, lessens and stops bleeding, reduces the penetrability and fragility of heart vessel capillars. Rosehip fruit tincture improves regeneration processes of soft and bone tissues and promotes better wound healing in frost bites and burns. Pulp of the fruit has aperient effects. In scientific medicine dried rosehip tincture is used for vitamin deficiency, also as general health improving. It raises resistibility of organism at different infectious diseases, wounds, burns and frost bites. Tincture is also good for atherosclerosis hemophilia and uterine bleeding. Cholosas is special syrup, which is made from rosehip fruits and extensively used for curing kidney ailments, gallbladder inflammation, and hepatitis. Rosehip is not used only in medicinal purposes, it widely employed in other industries as cosmetology, confectionary and many others it makes lovely orange color.
