Pistachio

   




      The nucleus of fruits of a pistachio contains in %:
fat to 70, the squirrel 18—25, клетчатки 4,6, carbohydrates - 16,4 %, безазотистых экстрактивных substances to 16,7, makro - and microcells. Pistachio oil consists from glycerine, олеиновой, линолевой and of some nonsaturated fat acids. Pistachio nucleuses eat in a crude and fried kind. The powder from nucleuses is used in confectionery production. Oil — in medicine and perfumery. From Gauls allocate a crimson paint for colouring of a wool, silk, carpets. Pistachio fat oil is used in a paint and varnish industry.
