Fibers of a peanut are characterised by an optimum parity of amino acids and consequently they are well acquired by a human body. It is a good source of folic acid which promotes growth and updating of cages.
The newest researches have shown that food fibres of a peanut help to prevent some forms of a cancer, and regular consumption of a peanut can lower risk of cardiovascular diseases considerably.
