Fresh herbs is very essential in different cuisines. Nothing can equal the aroma of fresh parsley, bunching onion and spring garlic in a salad. They can be used in boiling, frying, stewing, you can hardly imagine any marinade sauce without dill. Fragrant herbs are used in food and as a treatment of different diseases for thousand years. Fresh or dried herbs is used in many recipes. It is a valuable source of vitamin C and carotenoids that can neutralize free radicals. Even small amount of parsley covers 20 percent of 24-hour requirement of vitamin C and 30 percent in provitamin A (carotin). Moreover, many herbs have curative properties: sweet basil is a good spasmolysant, coriander is a good stimulator and bactericidal agent, parsley is a antiseptic and diuretic, chive and dill improves digestion. Our company deals with export of herbs and set a very simple and effective delivery system of it's products to Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan; our system allows to keep herbs fresh and is promotive of the fight for environmental improvement. The know-how of our company is that all the herbs that goes for export is packed manually in the boxes together with plastic bottles of ice. Bottles of ice are produced in small freezing sections. And containers are being bought from the locals for little money.
