Fruit concentrates
Fruit concentrates are high-concentrated fruit juices that were under the process of steam concentration at 60 degrees Celsius. Except of juice it also contains big amount of fruit sugar and malic acid that adds a fruit zest to the drink and increases its effective life up to one year.
The very name of concentrate tells that it is some kind of syrup requiring the user to add water to drink it. We have concentrates 1:20 and 1:40 with the volume of 250 ml. It is possible to get 5 liters of natural juice from the 1:20 concentrate and 10 liters from the concentrate 1:40.
