DRIED FRUITS

      Dried fruits are absolutely natural product without food grade dyes, stabilizers, emulsifiers, nitrites and artificial additives. Actually they are the same fruits but dehydrated. The drying process unfailingly destroys some of the vitamins. But like fresh fruit, dried fruit can be rich in some of the vitamins and dietary minerals -calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, copper, and manganese. So, dried fruit is a natural concentrate of healthy compounds. For example only 50g of dried cherry can satisfy daily maintenance in cobalt, vitamin B6 and in magnesium, and some fruits of dried apricot-in kalium and iron.

And if you eat 5 fruits of prunes (dried plums) you will never have problems with digestion: they contain plant fibers that prevent belly-bounds and regulate primary digestion.      

What is more, after 10 days of such a diet, you will have a fresh face color, your nail and hair grow stronger, because dried fruits are rich with calcium. However since they are concerned to concentrated food, it is important to consume them reasonably.
Drying of fruits is an inexpensive and simple method to store them. Like fresh fruit, dried fruit can be rich in vitamins. They are used as a health food (invalid diet) and when having heart diseases, kidney diseases, affection of the liver, stomach diseases. It is also used for sustention of youthfulness and beauty.

     Whereas all the figures in the table of contents and energy value are very exact-correct to the nearest tenth-it is still necessary to remember they are very approximate. Containing of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and calorific value of the product depend on many factors, such as product's variety, method of preparation, on the delicacy of recipe and peculiarity of processing. Even the fact was the fruit tree growing in a hot or rainy summer is important. So, calculating the calorific value of your diet and containing of nutritional support (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) in consumable products, remember that you will never receive absolutely exact result.
