Peppermint is used for flavoring tobacco, chewing gum, tea, confectionery and syrups. It is part of aromatizers for liquors and also many spice blends. It is added in all types of marinades, peppermint oil is mixed in breads, cakes and pies. In culinary mint is widely used in Europe and US for flavoring muffins, cookies, fruit drinks, jellies, compotes, all kinds of meat dishes, seafood, vegetable side dishes, added to sauces.
